LONDON, Sept. 18 (Xinhua) -- Football's global governing body FIFA has predicted a drop of 120 million US dollars in revenue for the period 2019-2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as the FIFA Congress approved a revised budget for the four-year financial cycle on Friday.
The South American zone World Cup qualifiers were originally scheduled to begin in late March but were suspended because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Permission to play depends on local infection figures. The so-called "7-day-incidence" must be below 35 infections per 100,000 inhabitants within a week.
According to the organizing committee, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) confirmed the design schemes from all the host cities except Beijing on Tuesday.
"In collaboration with the Premier League, Tencent Sports hopes to leverage its platforms and technology to bring the drama of Premier League matches to fans and share with them the passion and excitement of football," noted Ewell Zhao, Tencent Sports General Manager.

The plans from the nine host cities fully meet the requirements of the Asian Cup venues, laying a solid foundation for high-quality and high-standard venue construction, said the AFC, adding the next phase is to ensure the construction could be complete as planned.
